At Cygnus Support we deliver much needed mental health and wellbeing services to people from our base in Ashington and across Northumberland through our outreach venues. Our high-quality service continues to be valued by clients, partners, funders and other stakeholders. The passion of our team and volunteers remains constant.

Rural
Our outreach venues allow us to deliver mental health and wellbeing services to rural residents who often face multiple obstacles in accessing support.
Young People
Young people with mental health difficulties has risen across the country and our service has seen an increase in young people being referred to us, we now have a dedicated young person’s counsellor and have increased the expertise within our volunteers.
Recovery Toolkit
The Recovery Toolkit is a psycho educational course designed for any individual who has experienced domestic abuse. We work in partnership with local agencies to deliver the Recovery Toolkit to build confidence and self-esteem.
