We Are recruiting! Triage Assistant

Here at Cygnus Support, we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our existing team to help make a difference to the wellbeing of clients across the county.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Triage Assistant. The ideal candidate is someone with a Foundation Degree in Counselling or equivalent and who is experienced in completing triage and assessments.

The post holder will process referrals, complete telephone triage and assessment with clients, assessing their needs and suitability for counselling, and matching them to support.
