Mental Health Awareness Week provides a great opportunity for us all to think about mental health, tackle stigma, and find out how we can create a society that prevents mental health problems from developing and protects our mental well-being.
To highlight Mental Health Awareness Week, the Integrated Wellbeing Service Team are hosting information stands on Thursday 18th May 2023 at:
Blyth CVA centre
Address: Unit 6 Keel Row Shopping Centre, Blyth NE24 1AH
Time: 10:00 - 11:30
The Community Hub at Cramlington
Address: Manor Walk shopping centre, Cramlington NE23 6YB
Time: 12:30 - 14:00
Come along to the stand to have a chat with them to find out about the support and services available to improve your mental and overall wellbeing.
If you are passionate about your community, why not come along to learn how to become a Community Health Champion? You can help us spread health messages and encourage healthy behaviours. There is an opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
