Thanks to funding from Northumberland County Council we can offer extra mental health and wellbeing support to people who have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic.

If you are worried about job security, going back to work after being furloughed, finding a job or family finances and this is affecting your mental health then our new services can help.

  •  Monday 10am – 2pm
  • Tuesday 1pm – 5pm
  • Wednesday 3pm – 7pm
  • Thursday 1pm – 4pm
  • Friday 10am – 2pm

 

 

You can also access online self-help tools to support you to manage stress and anxiety and help you to build your resilience and if you need it, we can offer one to one counselling too.
