Cygnus Support is closed between 3:00pm on Friday 20th December 2024 and will reopen at 9:00am on Monday 6th January 2024. Any communications and/or referrals made between this time will not be acknowledged until staff return.
We anticipate that there will be a lot to get through, and so we kindly ask that you remain patient and allow enough time for a response. Rest assured, we will respond and acknowledge any referrals as soon as possible.

When making a referral, please keep in mind that there are some exceptions to accessing our services. These are listed below, along with some alternative organisations to refer into instead.
- Clients under the age of 14: Kooth can provide free online support to Young People.
- Clients that don't live in Northumberland:Anxious Minds, Tyneside MIND, and Qwell can provide support instead.
- Clients that have alcohol/drug related issues: Northumberland Recovery Partnership (NRP) can provide support for this.
- Clients that have committed a crime/are a perpetrator: Harbour provide support to victims and also have a perpetrator support programme.
