Susan Richards

Hi, I'm Susan, one of the Counsellors. I've worked for Cygnus for a few years now after first joining as a volunteer.

My role predominantly works with mental health clients who need someone to listen and work alongside them to find strategies and coping mechanisms.

In my spare time I enjoy relaxing with my family and catching up with friends for coffee or a walk.
