Claire Wright

I joined Cygnus Support as a student on placement in 2018 and volunteered for a few years after qualifying in 2019. I then joined the team as a bereavement counsellor in November 2023.

My role is to provide an empathetic and supporting environment for those who are experiencing bereavement and help them to navigate their thoughts and feelings in, what can be, a very confusing and overwhelming time. 

Outside of my work I enjoy spending time interacting with my birds and many other pets, family time and reading crime thrillers
